I have a question :
can I overclock FX-8320 to 4.0GHZ (its turbo clock) with ICE BLADE PRO V2.0 and Asus R9 280 to 980 MHz(its GPU Boost Clock) on MSI 970A-g43 motherboard just for my gaming time?
I don't want to overclock it for rating or any huge things. I just want to have more fps in video game and I don't want my PC to be crashed. does this Motherboard a good one for my purpose? or should I buy something else ?

by the way its my first time I want to overclock a CPU or GPU (I want to watch tutorial in YouTube please give me a good link for it)

Solution
^ ERM no mate - that's rubbish.

Gigabyte 970a-ud3p
Asus m5a97 r2.00 & evo
Msi gaming 970
Asrock 970 performance

All good boards ,all fine with with 8 core 8*** chips.
All will do 4.3/4.4ghz overclock ,the gigabyte ud3p is the best easily IMO & will do considerably more - it pretty much matches all the 990 boards easily on vtage regulation apart from maybe the top 2 $200+ boards.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! Thats in the 970 chipset, which is designed for the 6 core and fx chips. The VRM and Heatsinks aren't super good and can't support an 8 core very well. You have to get at least a 990 fx chipset.
oh and the graphics card overclocking is mainly dependent on silicon letter (same goes for the cpu overclocking), and airflow.

yep it`s not le version. ok Thanks a lot..
one more question:
if it will be needed what is a safe clock for increasing this CPU and GPU on Asus mbo and according to the cpu cooler and my psu (cooler-master 750watt) ?

if you want to do an overclock on the 970 chipset with the 8370e, I would do this instead:

8320 (its the same processor as the 8370(and the e version) but its clocked higher, can still be overclocked and is cheaper.
The motherboard I would go with is the Gigabyte 970A UD3P, the best 970 chipset board for overclocking, because it has the best power phase design, and is the same price as the asus m5a97. I love Asus motherboards, but the gigabyte board is simply going to be more stable and better for the price.

The dc2 280 is a good overclocker - it'll be trial % error though - every card is different - take your time using afterburner.+100mhz mem ,+150mhz core is a certainty IMO.

CPU - whatever you can push without touching voltages - 4ghz definite 100%
If you can grab the gigabyte ud3p it offers the best voltage regulation easily - I'm pulling 4.3ghz on 1.33v (less than the stock voltage) on this board - in my SIG below - once again every cpu is different.
