[Question] Guild Wars 2

Hello,

I am just wondering whether I can run Guild Wars 2 on max settings (FPS60+) after release?

Computer:
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
GPU: Asus ATI HD7870 DC2 2GB DDR5 256bit (not overclocked)
CPU: AMD FX 4100 3.6GHz 4-Core Black Edition Socket AM3+ Processor (not overclocked)
Mother Board: Asrock AMD 970 EXTREME4 Socket AM3 Motherboard

Yesterday during Stress Test my FPS was 10-30. 🙁

GPU load was 65% max
CPU load was 45-55% (around)

I can run all games without any lags, but GW2 can't. 🙁

GW2 isn't optimized yet so it's hard to say for sure but i would guess you could run at at least 30+ on that setup on max. Would you consider doing a minor GPU overclock because it is a GPU focused title

It's a GPU focused title with majority of player base running 40% utilization on their cards? Please don't make *** up.

I was watching a streamer during GW2 stress test he had a gtx 690 and was having fps problems, could of just been the game.
