Okay please read before answering. Too many people just half read and rush an answer.

I live off a tiny solar system 300w with not much of a battery bank. Anyways, no grid what so ever. At the end of my day I like to play several games of LoL ( all at minimum specs). With my Dell e6520 goes through my power fast and im betting its because of the discrete gpu NVS 4200M plus cpu. I might be wrong.

So if im right, I ld like it if you could help me pick an Intel Mobile CPU to have in a used laptop that could run LoL probably just off the integrated Graphics, for less power consumption.

if im wrong, I welcome other suggestions ( building a desktop with DC to DC psu if off the table)

While LOL is not directly mentioned, you can get a solid idea of intels HD 530 graphics in most games(most likely integrated graphics youll find):

Personally, I would look into a larger battery setup instead of putting the money into a laptop.
That, or, depending on your location, adding in a small wind turbine as well.
