Question Question here cant seem to figure out

So i was changing my fan the other day in the other room and it flipped the breaker that 3 bedrooms are on including my pc. Now when i go to turn on my pc first attempt it lights up for a second then turns off. 2nd attempt everything always works find like normal. Any ideas why this is happening? I have everything on a surge protector as well. Any ideas would be grateful anything to worry about here? very weird.

Run an extension cord to a socket that was not controlled by this breaker.

Plug the pc into the ext cord and test.
