Question how to remove trojan 80000000.@

My vipre virus software is picking up a trojan called 80000000.@ and can not remove it. Has anybody run into something like this? What software and steps do I need to remove this trojan. Please help if you can. Thanks

I am assuming that running this software in safe mode would recommended?

The utility can be run in Normal Mode and Safe Mode.
