Question I have RGB Heat Sink & RGB Fans Only one will work at a time?

So I have a new PC that I built using a NZXT elite case and Aigo Aurora C5 Kit fans and a masterair 610p,It seems like either my Heatsink or my Fans will light up but not both...Seems like what ever one is plugged in to power first works

Well watched a video with someone just using power supply,Thinking the hub I received may just be bad.
