What is the real manufacturer of M-DISC DVD Verbatim? what is the contact of this manufacturer for me to clarify technical doubts about this disc? do they have email?

Verbatim is a real company with real support.
why are you avoiding contacting them?

if there is a 3rd party manufacturer producing components for them
than you would still need to contact Verbatim directly in regards to that.

you may be able to dismantle the device and find specific labels for different manufacturer(s)
but they wouldn't provide direct support if the device is re-branded and\or distributed by Verbatim.
