Question Question - Need help with my CPU temps and weird fan noise

Hey there, my CPU's fan is malfunctioning from quite some time and it is bothering me very much. After cleaning it, it seemed to work but after using PPSSPP for a while, it is malfunctioning with grinding sound. Also, my CPU temps seem to go for a max 97C and min 60C which is quite a lot. After cleaning the vents. the pc seem to be doing okay but all of a sudden, it is doing the same [vulgarity redacted] again. What should I be doing to ease my problem now?

It'd help us if we knew what the make and model of the laptop was. Include an SKU as well. Include a video with audio of the sound you're speaking of. I'm assuming that the fan on the laptop has given out. Did you replace the thermal paste/pads on the laptop?
