The link in the forum-header is broken. It points to:

The "4/" should be removed from the end of it.

Do you mean one of those coloured banners that you can close? It explains why I can't see it, probably closed it a few days ago.

That is a feature that admin manage and they will need to fix.

Zoinks! Fixed again. No idea why it's adding the extra bit, but I'll try to do better about testing the links after posting.
