Question on Alt + number

Someone told me to get the letter n to press alt+370, but when i looked it up, i saw alt+110. Which is true for a Toshiba laptop?

It's alt+110. You could have tried this? It's like that for every PC...

alt 370 only if it some special character set. standard letter use alt-110.

thank you. and i didn't try it bc ppl have lied before and I didn't want to risk messing up my computer by pressing buttons that i didn't know what they did.
