Question on CPU Fan

A friends cpu fan its new.....

but its starting to make some noises and it's really dusty
i want to take it off and vacuum it but..

its sooo sooo tight on the board i dont think i can ever get it off

Its a Coolermaster Fan a large one

Anyone have any tips?

this heatsink has THERMAL TAPE underneath it

IF i take the fan off will the tape be wrecked???

i did know about the screws
i just forgot about just unscrewing them

also mine are black and fan is black

i just forgot hehe

no..

i just forgot that i can unscrew the fan when its in the case
i normally take the heatsink off to clean that as well

but ill just take the fan on this way and vacuume it all out
