[SOLVED] Question on Gpu and usage

So I just Installed my first gpu, went with a msi 2060 super. I have a question regarding gpu usage. My specs are ryzen 5 3600 and 16gb of ram. I'm currently getting about 110 fps in call of duty on max settings, 1080p 144hz monitor, ray tracing is not enabled. My gpu usage is only around 30 %, The Fps is now alot better than my prior card ( rx 580 ) but isn't the gpu usage suppose to always almost be maxed out? my cpu usage is around 50-60%

Congratulations on the new 2060 super!

How are you measuring GPU usage? If you are using task manage, its often not accurate.

110 fps max settings @ 1080p sounds like its running at the limit, nowhere near 30% utilization.
