Before inserting the motherboard into the case, do the brass standoffs get applied on to the case before inserting the motherboard? And after installation the screws get screwed into the brass standoffs? Do I need to do this for every hole I see in the motherboard?

Solution
Yes, install the standoffs in the case first, BUT only install the ones needed by the specific motherboard you are using. The case has holes for different sized motherboards so you probably won't use all of the holes in the case.

Yes, install screws in all motherboard holes and tighten them. The case will vibrate somewhat when running (from case fans, HDDs, etc that have physically moving parts) so you want them tight enough not to loosen over time.

This is the motherboard Im going to be using: ASROCK B350
. How many standoff pins am I going to need for this motherboard? There is also a hole in the bottom right corner and the upper right corner of the motherboard, does the standoff get used there too?
