Question Question on RGB fans lighting

Completely new to PC in general. So I’m building a pc and was planning on getting Corsair fans and a liquid cooling fan, because the colors looked amazing. But then I saw in a review for a case I’m getting, these lights

And my god I fell in love lol. Looked so sexy. And my question is do I have to go with a more darker fan like thermaltake for lights like that? And last question is can all these RGB fans do the same effects like half is one color the other half is another?

I recommend corsair for rgb fans cause you can configure them in their app for pc called icue as well as their other products
