Question on TP-LINK TL-WN951N compatibility

Does anyone know if the TP-LINK TL-WN951N will fit in a MSI 970A-G43 PCI slot? Also, is the TP-LINK TL-WN951N compatible with Windows 8? What happens when it's installed into a build running Windows 8? Last question is does the card and bracket fit into a Corsair Carbide Series 200R. Thanks for all input guys, I'll put links below!
