Question on upgrading Compatibility?

I am wondering if i would have any problems upgrading my current computer with new components.

This is my current pc "upgraded gpu to GTX 750ti"

I want to replace the gpu and psu, and add the Hard drive and ram "i know they are fine" my question is will the PSU or GPU give me any problems

yea its a heap of trash thankfully it has lasted as long as it has, and has not blown up "yet"
