[SOLVED] Question Question Should I go for the and Ryzen 5 2600 or Ryzen 3 2200g for gaming?

2200g is way weaker BUT have gpu.
its good only for small builds without dedicated GPU.
2600 is ~3x as much cpu power but no gpu inside.
for gaming 2200g will not be enough so 2600 + something like 1660GTX is good choice walmart one

Hands down the 2600... modern games will often require more than 4 cores and the iGPU on the 2200G won't do that great in AAA titles.

The 2600 + 1660 Super would be a nice combo for 1080p gaming.

Sounds like you answered your own question.

If the graphics of a 2200g will suffice for now and for a while in the future, than that is a reasonable choice.
But if you need more graphics, it is better to buy a better graphics card up front along with a 2600 or such.
