Question regarding how to power a hard drive in this pc

So I need to some how convert this 5 pin power connector to a power sata cable does anyone know how to go about doing this.
Heres the image of the pins I'm using. The PC I am trying to get working is a HP EliteDesk.

This probably a really stupid question, but where would I find which model it is.

For a sata drive, you need both a sata data connector and a sata power connector.
The psu should be the source for the sata power connector.

What are you trying to accomplish?

OK so this computer DOES NOT HAVE A BUILT IN PSU it instead has a external PSU that provides power due to this there are no sata power connectors instead theres just that 5 pin connector that says sata power but I cant find any cables online for it. it does have a sata data connector
