Question Regarding If PC Components Would Work Together

I have a question:

I have a graphics card I need to replace, as I am in the process of changing my CPU, Memory from 16GB of DDR3 memory To DDR4 memory, as I change my motherboard, and computer in general to upgrade certain parts. I know that DDR3 memory won’t work in a DDR4 memory slot, and vis versa.

I realize this question may not come across the most easily understood, I am a woman so please bear with me, as I explain the best I can.

I am wondering would the following graphics card work with the following motherboards?

Graphics Card: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-RX-570-ARMOR-8G/dp/B076Y93L8F/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1533136794&sr=8-4&keywords=8gb+graphics+card

Motherboard 1 due to be the replacement (already purchased and sitting in my cupboard) : Gigabyte B360M DS3H

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07BKK2CH5/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Motherboard 2 currently in use: Asrock Socket AM3+ 970 Extreme4 5200MT/S Motherboard.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0058HUQJ0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Will the graphics card I mentioned, work with both of those motherboards mentioned above?

I ask this as I currently do not have the financial funds to pay for the DDR4 memory, and CPU upgrades till the end of the year, as I am undergoing private medical treatment, that is having a negative effect on my ability to write correctly at this time.

Kind Regards,

Abigail
