Hi guys. I want to know if 4 stick of 8gb ram will work with my i7 8700k? My mobo is msi h370m bazooka.

Will it show 32gb on window or 16gb

Ok so if i use 4 x 8 gb stick of ram on my msi h370m bazooka mobo pair with i7 8700k
( 2 of the ram is 2666mhz and 2 of them is 3200mhz but all is Corsair vengeance pro rgb)
Will it work but the 3200 mhz one will downclock to 2666mhz ?

Yes it would be downclocked, while you can mix like this and everything should run at the speed of the slowest stick. You do increase the chances of running into compatibility issues. I've mixed and matched before and not ran into an issue, it just wouldn't be my first choice. You can also set speed and timings manually in the bios if required.

The motherboard runs all ram with the same settings of speed, voltage, and timings.
That will be 2666 speed if it works.
Intel is not particularly sensitive to ram speeds; 2666 is fine.
What is your plan B if a new kit does not work properly?
Could you return the ram?

As an alternative, buy a 2 x 16gb kit of 2666 speed ram.
You will have 32gb guaranteed to work.
Then try adding your 2 x 8gb and see how you do. If it works, fine, you will have 48gb of ram.
If not, keep the 16gb as a spare or sell it.
In whatever situation,
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.
