Question Question regarding temp of AMD FX-9370

I have an FX-9370 Eight core CPU and using a CORSAIR Hydro Series H55 120mm liquid cooler. While running most games my cpu will stay around the 70-76 Celsius range and around low 30s while idling (chrome tabs open, ect..). On occasion I have had my computer freeze until restarted which I assume is to prevent damage. I have been told that AMD processors run on the hotter side but I am wondering if these temperatures are abnormal for running medium to high demanding games while using water cooling. Im not sure if its from inadequate cooling or if it could be from the computer being in a generally warmer environment/room. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Real 62c is when it should start to throttle down, Use AOD AMD OverDrive for monitoring, it shows offset temperatures counting down to 62c. Freezing can also occur when other temps go too high, chipset GPU etc. Have to monitor them too.
