When storing DVD and MDisc discs, high temperature or high humidity is worse?

High temps would be worse depending on how high.
I don't think high humidity should have much effect.

Here the lowest temperature is 31C and the highest is 33C, if I want the lowest temperature (31) the humidity is higher by 65-70% on average and the highest temperature 33C the humidity varies between 53 and 55%

I think they will last very long in either environment.
I don't think it will matter
Those are very acceptable temperatures and humidity numbers for storing discs.

Humidity can be quite harmful on its own over time. I’ve seen a lot of disc rot (oxidation of the reflective layer of the disc) on old game discs.
