Question to other avast! users

Hello, I've noticed a problem with avast! but their forum is down and their tech support are useless, condescending /*self-censored phrase*/ who are asking me to do things I have already done (and then claim they're asking me to do something different...).

I am trying to find out if anyone else is having the same problem.

When I try to go to my devices I see this error message on Win Vista, Win 7, and Win 8.1. Sometimes I get to login, but then I see this error anyways.


My mom gets a similar message, though not identical.

What do the rest of you see? Thanks

Thanks! I have OCD, and it comes out when anything strange happens to anti-virus and without the avast forum to post on, it does not get good

they still have a error on the server receive the same message .you could acces the forum it work .

Used it once and hated it all of these anti virus softwares are turning into macfee lol.Some are bloated with nothing but Cra*.
