[SOLVED] Question to owners of Corsair RM750x V2/2018 White PSU

What are the exact dimensions of this latest White version of RM750x? They vary from store to store and Corsair’s web site brings even more confusion (https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categ...x-Series-White/p/CP-9020187-EU#tab-tech-specs). Judging by the pictures of a fan grill side of both White and Black RM750x (https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categ...ced/RMx-Series/p/CP-9020179-EU#tab-tech-specs), they look identical and they also use identical fans, but specified dimensions are different. Corsair customer support claims that it’s 150mm in length. Over the years, I've had consistently bad experience with Corsair customer support who don't seem to know their own products and I tend to not fully rely on them anymore. Is it 150mm or 160mm in length?

They probably look at the the same page you do, but in the manual it says for the RMx that dimensions are,

Dimensions: 150mm (W) x 86mm (H) x 160mm (L)

means white one as well. Even the RMx 650watt has the same dimensions.

I actually asked Corsair why virtually the same model but in White color differs in size from the Black one. If they give me the same information I see and point them at, it's pretty lame. Lately I've had consistently bad experience with Corsair customer support who don't seem to know their own products and I tend to not fully rely on them anymore.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention! User Manual for this model is unavailable from Corsair's UK and EU sites. There's one available for download from Corsair's US site and it seems like there's one manual for all RMx models, whether it's Black or White. I also found quite recent unboxing video:

. The video isn't sharp enough to see the dimensions on the box but at 0:47 I spotted the dimensions for RM750x model: 150mm x 86mm x 160mm. Many online stores including Amazon also claim the length is 160mm.

Even @ Corsair (i guess) support is probably students that try to make some money on the side, again guess that they will choose ones with a technical affiliation.
