[SOLVED] Question Two front USB ports, only one working?

Hey there. I have a case that has two usb 3.0 ports in the front panel and I plugged in the only usb 3.0 cable (connected to both) to the motherboard but only one works. I asked for a replacement and it’s the same thing. Someone help please. Thanks

The USB port is that isn't working is probably bust, you would need a replacement port to fix it. Also, why not just use the USB ports on the back io?

I ordered a replace and the same thing is happening. The first port I plug into is one that works and the other one doesn’t. The front io ports are closer to the desk as the wires aren’t that long

You could buy a USB extension cable, other than that I can't help sorry.
