[SOLVED] Question - Windows 10 Signin Screen - unknown

Hi all! new here! thanks for taking a moment to check this out. it wouldnt let me add the photo to the post so I used image bb to upload it (see the link) and its good for 1 month from now.


I have a screen that I thought was the SSO for Win10 -

Currently a mix of 1709 and 1809 -

I have the normal Signin box but below that it says:

Sign in to:
How do I sign in to another domain?
Windows will try to connect to (SSID Name)

with a login box
Domain\network user name
Network Password



Unknown Login Screen

Where did these OS installs come from?
Which version(s) of Win 10? Home/Pro/Enterprise...
Domain logon is not a normal aspect of a consumer OS install.

1709 to 1809 and the enterprise version.
Non Consumer - my team is new to this screen type. We did just recently enable VPN access from the CTRL/ALT/DELETE screen, I thought it was apart of that or the Single Sign on, but the screen is new to us.

Then that Domain would be another Domain that you had access to and an account in.

If there is no other network or Domain you log onto, ignore that.

indeed we have two; do you know what GPO would allow us to hide that screen?
