hello all. got an email from blizzard entertainment saying that it was a
customer survey. is this genuine? did anyone else get it? or is it a bit of
dodgy spam? cheers

i had one of those a long time ago , it appeared dodgy but was apparently
legit . I deleted it though.

I've recieved one at an account that practically never gets spam (less
than 10 in 3 years), and it's the account I've used at my Blizzard
registration.

I haven't tried it out yet, because the survey link isn't pointing to
Blizzards domain, and looks like a typical spam link.
