Not necessarily.

Not only does the physical slot have to work, the motherboard BIOS has to be compatible.
As well as the cooling situation.

All In Ones systems were not meant to be upgradeable.

Most "aio" pc's use BGA sockets to prevent upgrade paths, that's a soldered to the mobo cpu. It's done specifically that way because the cooling solution is almost identical to a laptops and has Zero room for additional power usage. There's very few "aios" that use LGA sockets, and those are almost always flagship cpus that do not have a BGA equivalent.

For all intents and purposes, consider most "AIO's" as a laptop minus the battery requirements. If you got lucky, and got an LGA socketed mobo in that AIO, chances are decent that it could be upgraded, as that model line did have a 6700/k option, but that'd only work if all that was changed was the cpu for your model, if they skimped on the cooler too, you'll be out of luck.
