So im about to make a upgrade with this mobo , a gtx 1050 ti , ryzen 5 2600 , ram and im thinking of getting this psu or that psu. .So i want to ask
1.Which psu should i get of those two
2.Would I feel any kind of bottlenecks with this configuration
3.And should i get the r5 3600 but without buying a new psu(and sitting with the psu i have rn which is Mtech ATX 500(450W) ).
(And keep in mind that I will be upgrading my gpu with gtx 1660 super, but thats like 10 months from now).
Thanks in advance!

Solution
Do you have access to a grey label Corsair CX450 or 550? You really don't need to swap your R5 2600, with a 3600. Your 2600 will still pair up fine with that 1660. I would wait till 4th gen comes out, for a new CPU.
What components do you already have? Just the 1050Ti?

I personally wouldn't choose either of those PSUs... what country are you shopping in?

The Ryzen 3600 is obviously faster than the 2600, but not as much faster as the % increase in price. That's a personal and/or budget call.

You might be better off posting your location, your budget and what you hope to achieve with the system so people can give you better recommendations.

1 - Hard to say what prices are they available to you for?
2 - Ryzen 5 2600 is a fairly decent cpu, if games in the near future start to utilise more cores/threads then it might hold it's own for quite a while but the socket is really easy for upgrades so the price of the 2600 at the mo is pretty much unbeatable.
3 - I'd personally choose the 2600.

Well I understood what you all said and thank you. But I still cant afford a better one then those that i send earlier. I can save for a better but like i said im selling my parts to some guy in 3-4 days. And that all means that if i want a good psu i need to wait at least 1 month without a pc...

From what little I've been able to find, even a Corsair CX (2017) is a better platform than the System Power 9.

If you can get one of other recommended ones (see the first link in my sig) then I would advise doing so, but I realize that the availability in Bulgaria is not as good as in the US or Germany.
