Questions about a gaming build

I am planning to make a gaming build and i have some questions. He is my build:

GIGABYTE Z97X-UD3H
INTEL CORE i7-4790K
CORSAIR 2X8GB Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
WD 1024GB 64MB SATA III Black
SAMSUNG 120GB 2.5" 840 Evo
GIGABYTE GTX780Ti
FRACTAL DESIGN Define R4 Titanium Grey Window
CORSAIR 850W RM

1 - Is the PSU good enough? If not, could you suggest me another one?
2 - Will it be able to run the newest games on High/Ultra settings?
3 - Should I take RAM with 1600MHz or higher?

1.) yes, but not the best
2.) way overkill to max out all games at 1080p, not sure what resolution you use
3.) try to get ram of speeds of 1866 or higher, usually they are pretty much the same price as 1600 anyways
