So i was browsing web for a water cooler for my fx 8350 because in my opinion i have pretty high temps under load... Then i found this article:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html

So i downloaded AMD overdrive to see my thermal margin. It was very weird...

I'm using COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 EVO for cooler.

http://puu.sh/lHkcC/ec28154975.jpg <-- I played BO3 (above medium settings) for 10-15mins and thermal margin was very low it went couple times somehow to !!! -2,5 Celsius !!! .

http://puu.sh/lHkMS/35dead52ae.jpg <-- idle temps. So my thermal margin is raising as the load gets smaller?

And second problem/question 😀 According to HWmonitor my CPU tems sometimes raises to 80 C :O Can it be so?

Solution
That's normal for a 92mm cooler; get a CM 212 Evo or a Cryorig H7 and you'll be fine. The TX3 can barely cool an i5-4590; it can't properly cool an FX-8350.
Try to improve your airflow first. Clean your system with compressed air. Check the back of each fan as dust builds up there. Get at least 2 fans on the back as outtake fans and 2 intake on the front of the case. That should bring your temps down quite a bit.

I have the same mobo and cpu as you. I was getting super high temperatures on my old case. After I upgraded to a new one my 8350 overclocked to 4.4ghz max temperatures under full load are 54c.

My cooler is the Bequiet! Dark Rock pro

Here is a picture of my case

I have one fan at the bottom, one in front , one at the top and one exhaust fan. In there is no cables blocking airflow ( atleast i think so XD ).

I'm using Corsair 200r windowed case, could the problem be in case? Any suggestions for new case? (not crazy expensive ones)

Ooops i forgot to mention you in my answer 😀

So you have two fans bringing air into the case and one in the back sucking air out? I would consider remounting the cpu cooler because your cpu should be running much cooler. Also your fans could be set in the BIOS to run very quiet which would cause higher temps.

Sorry for my bad english, i meant to say that i have 2 fans are bringing air to case (front and bottom) and two are exhausting (rear and top) . 😀

What do you mean be remounting cpu cooler?
