I'm trying to future-proof my PC, so that I can get the most I can out of it without having to upgrade it often.

* Can SLIing two Titan X GPUs achieve 60-90fps at 4k? I've heard good things about the Titan X card but I don't see a lot of people talking about SLIing it.

* What is the "best" CPU for both gaming and work such as video editing? Should I stay with the i7-6600k or go to something else?

* Is it good to have a PSU with a wattage above the power consumed by your PC? Say my PC consumes 720w and I have a PSU of 850w, would this be good or bad?

* How would I go about replacing the fans in my liquid cooler? I've heard people complain about the fans on the cooler I'm considering purchasing sounding too loud, so they replace them when they have the chance. The fan in question is a Corsair H110i GTX 104.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler.

1.Which titan x ? , nvidia chose for some reason to name this year Titan card the same as last year although both will do fine in sli at 4k but nvidia is more and more distancing themselves from multi gpu configurations.
2.The best CPU for gaming is arguably Core i7-6950X, but it's way too expensive and doesn't offer more than 5-10fps over the 6600k
3.Good
4.Search on YouTube, there are hundreds of tutorials.

I believe it's the Asus Titan X. If not that, then what Titan X should I look for?

Titan X is last year model, Titan X Ultimate is 2016 model.

Oh okay, so would the last year model still hold up with around 60-90 fps at 4k or should instead opt for SLIing the Ultimate model?

Sorry, the Titan X 2015 model is doing 60-90 fps, therefor the 2016 model will be better, dont know how much better yet in terms of fps, it will be released at 2nd august for 1200 dollars

Well if the 2015 model already does 60-90 fps then I believe I'll just stay with the 2015 model. It's already expensive enough at $999. 00 :p.

Does it do 60-90 fps at 4k though? Because that's mainly what I'm looking for here. I can settle for 1440p if 4k is too much to run at 60-90 fps.

Yes, Titan X 2015 can do avgerage 60fps on High on 4k on sertain games like bf4, so SLI wont be a problem.

Alright, so on average it does 60fps, as in that's usually all it can do?

If I'm looking to do more than 60 fps, would I have to just wait until the Ultimate model comes out?

Actually, do GTX 1080 SLI instead of Titan X, gives you 70-100fps on 4k ultra in bf4.

Well from what I've looked up in benchmarks it appears that the SLI 1080 Strix gives upwards of 60fps across the board for most games at 4k, so is there anything on if the 1080 Strix is worth it?

Sorry i really shouldn't try typing at 3-4 in the morning haha.

I seem to get varying accounts of the fps, the benchmark I looked up said that the GTX1080s only gave me 50fps at 4k but I could have misread that, while it seems like SLIing two Strix GPUs delivers the highest fps across the board for most games.
