[SOLVED] Questions about compability & buying decisions good sir & madam :) (RTX 3080)

This is my current spec
i7 9700k
Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Elite motherboard
Nvidia GTX 1080 8gb

250 GB NVMe M2 Samsung evo 970 plus for OS
500gb Samsung SSD 850 EVO
1TB SSHD
16gb 3200mhz ram

Corsair RM750 750W gold PSU

bequite shadow rock slim cpu cooler
5pcs of standard case fan
Gaming mouse, keyboard, and headset with RGB

I'm recently upgraded all of my PC parts a couple months ago except my GPU that have been 4 years old.
I have a 32" samsung gaming QLED monitor with 144hz refresh rate with 1440p native resolution.

My questions are

1. Do I need to upgrade my current PSU ? or it is sufficient enough for the RTX 3080 ?
2. Does bottleneck gonna happen with my current rig if I upgrade to RTX 3080 ?
3. Considering the ray tracing, DLSS, Nvidia reflex, bla bla etc. Is it a good decision to upgrade to RTX 3080 ?
4. Do I need RTX 3080 or RTX 3070 is enough ?

1. It’s plenty.
2. Without benchmarks its impossible to say for sure but at 1440p its unlikely in my view or if it does happen it will be so small it doesn’t matter.

I have decided I’m going for the 3080 to game at 1440p 144Hz. My current 2080S is a little underwhelming in gpu heavy games and I don’t see the 3070 being enough of an upgrade to make it worthwhile.
