Pretty good build.
The k serries i5 s only good if you plan on overclocking, otherwise it is a waste of money.
I would advise a different power suppply, the cx serries have bad capacitors that blow over time under heavy load, look at seasonic, xfx, evga, or antec.
For mobo ASUS and ASROCK are the best options.
Never heard of that case before. NZXT 410 Phantom, Corsair 300, Fractial Design R4 are good sub $100 cases

They are compatible, but I have question for you about the Mini ITX MB, if you only want to build a mini-ITX system then get the Mini ITX MB, but you will get the midi tower case. In other hand you can get more for a similar price.
