Info acc to OPEN HARDWARE MONITOR.

my cpu Temps I THINK ARE FINE right now while typing this they are
GPU temp :- 40 deg Celsius
cpu temp all 8 cores :- 20 deg celsius

NOW while playing Watchdogs they spike to :-
Gpu :- 70 - 80 degree Celsius
Cpu :- 81 degree Celsius

i really know nothing abt over heating etc, i require your help in this , is my Pc over heating ???
another thing acc to ASUS GPU TWEAK

id love to know the Problem through you guys and How to Fix it , i dont wanna Ruin my pc.

P.S i installed graphics card like 3 weeks ago , i dont think much Dust have Gathered in since then.

And while i play Tomb raider Reboot
my gpu temps are between 60 - 70 Degree Celsius.

Your GPU temps aren't great, but aren't horrible either. Your CPU load temp is high. Not dangerously high, but getting there. If you're using a stock CPU cooler, I'd recommend going to a good aftermarket cooler like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. You'll also want to look at your case fans - either running them at higher RPMs while gaming, replacing them with fans that will give better airflow or adding a fan or fans.

max core temp for the 8320 and any other FX cpus is 62 C so you are dangerously over the top!, I currently have the FX6300 and the stock coolers AMD bundles with their processors is horrendous. Buy an aftermarket asap, running the cpu at that temp quickly degrades the lifespan and will surely guarantee an early failure.

AMD FX Bulldozer-Piledriver
Max core temp: 62c
Max Socket Temp : 72c

Yup I've seen outlandish claims like my cpu is currently at 15c when my ambient room temp is actually 31c. AMD's idle temps are generally inaccurate. load temps are much closer to the real temp of the cpu though, When you reach the max temp your cpu will generally throttle, I just can't believe it could reach 81c even with throttling.
