Those are my options:

(1) Cooler Master G650M Bronze (650w)
(2) Cooler Master G750M Bronze (750w)
(3) Bitfenix (600w)

My old PSU is Seasonic ii 520w bronze, are any of my options a good upgrade from my old PSU?

Which one is better for MSI Rx 480?

Solution
That I7 is non k? If so then i assume you are not overclocking. RX 480 has TDP around 150W it's like 20-30W more than HD 7850.
90W CPU, 150W GPU + we assume the rest is 100W (conservative assumption) that gives you 340W max power draw. Even for aged PSU of this class this is not a problem. If there is no signals from PSU like freezes, crashes, very hot air from the exhaust (dusted inside or dying fan) then i wouldn't be concerned at all.
Honestly I'd say your old PSU is better than any choice you gave ;P Seasonic is a very good Manufacturer of PSU's

Overall though if you must upgrade because 520w isn't enough then the Cooler Master g650M is your best bet. you shouldn't need more then 650w

I can manage to get EVGA GQ 650w gold, but it's gonna take 3 months to get it (is it worth waiting for? )

Well my PSU has been running for 3-4 years so far and i think it has done enough (although i will use it for couple months before i get my new PSU)

Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z97
I7-4790
8GB ram
Sapphire HD 7850 (MSI Rx 480 Coming soon)

I won't overclock. No freeze nor crashes are happening (except for Overwatch and i still don't know the reason behind it even thought all games work perfectly)

I am not rushing to change the PSU but i just want to be safe.

Software crash are rather obvious since the worst what can happen is usually CTD and your OS is still running fine. Hardware failures more likely would make OS crash also like blue screens (or whatever it's called now in win8/10, sad face screen or else lol )
