Questions About GPU's.

I'm new to PC building. I'm about to get an R9 280 in a Rosewell Line Glow ATX tower. Would it fit in my tower? Also I'm interested in overclocking. I heard that MSI Afterburner is a good program for overclocking. Can it be used on any graphics card even ones that aren't MSI? Because I'm getting an XFX R9 280 not an MSI R9 280. And finally how much wattage would I need in a power supply to run this build? Just wondering if my power supply will work.

Yes MSI afterburner can be use don ANY GPUs.

That PSU is low quality. Get an Antec, XFX, Seasonic 550-650w unit. That will be plenty of power.

Will the GPU fit in my tower though? I changed the PSU btw.

No idea. Rosewill does not list the GPU length specs. I would change the case to something better though. That case has really poor cable management options. A corsair 200r would be a much better choice.

Problem with that is the build is already pushing my budget. Getting a Corsair 200R would require me to buy fans. The Rosewell Line Flow ATX comes with 4 already. :/

No, the Corsair 200r comes with a front intake and a rear exhaust fan. This is plenty for your system. Not an issue at all. If ANYTHING AT ALL I would add a single top exhaust fan AT MOST.

Plus the 200r is a much better case.

The GPU will fit in a 200r perfectly fine.

Or you could get a Rosewill Challenger. Better than the other Rosewill you want, but just as good or SLIGHTLY worse than the 200r. It comes with 3 fans and the GPU will easily fit.
