Questions about H80 cooler

I am considering the H80 for a new build. I already have the case, which has one 120mm exhaust fans in the rear and one optional 140mm exhaust fan in the top of the case.

Is the H80 the best off the shelf cooling for a case that has only one 120mm exhaust fan?

How noisy are the fans and the water pump?

Are the H80's exhaust fans sufficient to cool the whole case, or will they get overwhelmed if they need to cool both the case and the H80's radiator? (i.e. should I install the optional 140mm fan?)

What is failure rate of these water pumps? i.e. will the pumps burst open and drench the computer with water?

The system will include a 3930K overclocked and a high-end nVidia card.

There are much better air-coolers for the SAME PRICE. If you want water cooling, go custom. Don't even consider the closed loop coolers, from corsair, antec, thermaltake, and asetek. They are all outperformed by air coolers of equivalent or less price.

Not unless there is some serious damage to the rad or tubing.
Reliability should be pretty good.

I saw at least two reviews on Amazon by people who had leaks. It's hard to quantify the risk, but is it worth it?

Was also considering Noctua NH-D14 SE2011. Concern is that I have to be very careful choosing memory sticks that fit, and once the cooler is in place I can't swap memory sticks for any reason. Good news is that I think it fits in my case (Lian Li PC-9F), but just barely. It might block the top exhaust fan.

Definitely a lot more than just two failures. It's hard to quantify because you never know if one user had to force/bed his tubing during installation, or it the cooler was handled by the UPS Gorilla during shipping or a true mechanical failure.
