Questions about hosting a game server

I am wanting to host my own game servers at the cheapest way possible. I already have a server computer beefy enough to host several game servers. My only problem is that my home internet is no where near good enough to host game servers on as I have crappy upload. I was wondering if there was such a thing where you can mail your own computer off to a network centre that provides you with good internet and you provide the computer. This would be awesome because I wouldn't have to pay for the computer, just the internet.

So does such a thing like this exist? Basically I want to mail my computer to someone that can hook it up to fast internet...

I guess so, I think it is called collocating. I have about $100 to spend a month.

The places I know of don't colocate servers, but rent servers and give you access to a configuration user interface over the internet.
