No, it's not a 450W PSU. That 450 is just part of the model number. That has a single 16A 12V rail which can power 192W of stuff. (If you add in the 210W it says the 3.3 and 5V can power you have an at best 400W unit, though I wouldn't suggest it.) ASSUMING it can put out 192W of power on the 12V rail you have a ~100W APU with a card that is around 75W. This puts you at 175W for the big two, not counting any other devices. Add in the most likely poor quality of the PSU and I wouldn't risk it. Buy a real/better PSU, one that doesn't put numbers into the model number hoping people think that's the output.

Can you help me choose a better PSU?

Cougar 400SL - PHP 1,443 ($33.01)
CORSAIR VS450 - PHP 1,580 ($36.15)
FSP500-50HNN - PHP 1,650 ($37.75)
ENERMAX TOMAHAWK II NAXN 500W - PHP 1,700 ($38.90)
THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 500W BLACK EDITION - PHP 1,750 ($40.03)
AEROCOOL VP PRO 500W - PHP 1,750 ($40.03)
EVGA 500W 80+Bronze - PHP 1,780 ($40.80)

I see Enermax Tomahawk 500 got a 10 out of 10 in hardwaresecrets

You can suggest too.
Thank you :)

Whatever watts that PSU have, I would replace it AS SOON AS possible.

Having a crappy PSU you risk all your components.

For the PSU's you have listed, if I have to pick one, I would pick the EVGA one. It's not great, just OK.

Aerocool is crap, the TK is half decent one. I would avoid the Corsair VS.

FSP and Enermax makes decent to very good PSU's, but I do not know about these particular models.

Can you find a Seasonic neo eco or S12II in your market?

What site you are buying it from?
