So I have two questions about Newegg
The first is whenever I try to buy a monitor on Newegg it says I don't have a billing address yet and I'm sure
I typed everything right and do have a billing address on my card so is it because the item has premier shipping and I don't have a premier account or something else?
The second is that I'm trying to backorder and out of stock item and I'm not sure if I do that I'll get it for the price it was when I backordered it or I will get it for the price it will be when it's back in stock? (I'm not sure if the price will increase I'm just guessing)
