Questions about the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Firstly, forgive me if these are joke questions for I am a PC n00b. I just have a few questions about this mobo. Here is the build I am using it in:

1. Will I need to purchase any additional components or does this thing have onboard wifi? In other words, will I need to be hardwired to connect to the internet?

2. Same with sound; I plan to run this rig with a pair of bose speakers. Do I need any additional components?

3. Specs have this listed as "Windows 8 ready" under category 'MIcrosoft Certificaiton'. What does that mean? I already have a CD to install windows 7, that's what I plan on using. Is this going to be possible with this mobo?

Yes Windows 7 can be installed, and the speakers will plug in normally and Gigabyte do a Wifi PCI-E Card:

Nope, an Ethernet cable will plug into the Motherboard.
