I'm building a new PC.

Sky lake i3 6100 and I'll upgrade to Kaby lake when the 10 nm line comes out after Kaby lake.

I'm looking at the H110 motherboard because it's cheapest, but will the hardware have lower performance compared to an h170, or even a B150? (Given the same amount of RAM, same GPU and CPU?)

I'm not looking to OC, and 2x8gb is more than enough RAM for gaming.

Solution
Consumer Chipsets (Z170, H170, H110)

Business Chipsets (Q170, Q150, B150)
http://www.techspot.com/article/1088-Intel-100-series-chipset-family-detailed/

Things such as M.2 storage (none for H110) and number of 6Gb/s SATA ports (H110 has 4) are things that may interest you.
Okay, but what about the h110 board? Can anyone give an answer without recommending a different board? Does the h110 mobo affect performance compared to more expensive mobos?

I remember M.2 storage can support H110, just speed different Z170/H170/B/150.
H110 only Gen2X4(20Gb/s).
