Questions about this Pre Build Gaming PC

So i've been looking around for a new PC since mine is getting old. I've been looking at this computer here:

My questions about this are:

1: Is this computer worth the price?

2: Will this be able to run games such as PUBG/Overwatch/Squad on atleast medium settings?

3: Do you have any other suggestions for computers that I should look into?
