So ive been told by verizon that i cant bring a hauwei or any other unlocked phone on the network due to them not supporting the cdma frequencies or the phones not approved for the network, so i asked the question arnt you guys (verizon) supporting full lte talk and text now. They told me thats an iphone exclusive and they are not doing it for other phones not sold by verizon.

So here is the question, could i activate the sim in a new iphone (everyone but me in my family plan has a iphone so its free for me to try) and then switch it to a unlocked phone that supports all the verizon lte frequencies. Im looking at hauwei and one plus 3 phones and a few others.

Let me know if this isnt possible or its illegal, but im fet up with verizons phone choices and preloaded bloat and will be switching to another, if there is no work arounds.

Sorry if the post is low quality i dont have internet and phones broken so im borrowing one and am not used to it.

Hello,

I think it will not work.Change your mobile to iPhone or the network. GSM network mobiles are better to carry. After unlocking they provide you full functionality and even get rid of roaming charges, use any GSM network worldwide.Search for GSM mobile i suggest.

Thanks,
