Questions for Dual Monitor Setup

ok im looking to getting a 2nd monitor for my setup because i am needing more and more as time goes on. So im wondering can my monitor hook up to that stand i cant seem to find anything about it. Also what kind of 2nd monitor should i get? i would like another 24inch 1080p monitor to get the same one would be a bit expensive. What do yall guys think would be the best to do

EDIT: i forgot to add. On windows 10 would i be able to do a 4-way window snap on each screen for a total of 8-way snap or will they work as a single screen and can only do a single 4-way snap with 2 on each screen?

Does your monitor have VESA mounts? aka four screw holes on the back of it. If so then yes it can. If not then no.
