Questions on Cpu Gpu combo.

I'm not very good with computers, but I will be building a $600 Pc soon. I was wondering if I should get an I5 6600/gtx 950 or i3 6100/gtx 960. You probably want me to get the i3 and 960, but I was thinking I would save money to upgrade to Pascal by not havint to upgrade both Cpu and Gpu. So instead of upgrading both on the second option I would just upgade the gpu if I go with the first option. What do you guys think?

you can wait for pascal and get the lowering price 970. if not the 960 and 970 are both good options for choice onethe 950 would be better for the i3

It depends, are you playing on 1920x1080? Then the 950 will hold up fairly good on todays games, at medium-low settings. The 960 is a lot better, but as you said, you can upgrade the GPU easier. Get a i5-6500+H110, and the best GPU you can get. Also, don't cheap out on the PSU. Get a good $50 Seasonic, or XFX unit.

I would go with the first option,the difference between the gpu's is according to reviews not that big and the gpu you will upgrade a lot sooner,that cpu will last for years.
