[SOLVED] Questions regarding purchase of 144hz 1440p monitor

(I'll include all my questions at the bottom of this post)

I'm currently looking for a cheap flat 144hz 1440p monitor. I'm going to use it for games like Raft and CS:GO - and for CS:GO it's important that the response time isn't too high.

I've come across AOC's cheap Q27G2U 27", which has the following specs:

144hz
QHD 2560 x 1440
VA
Advertised as 1 ms MPRT response time, but nothing about the GTG response time
Has AMD Freesync Premium.
Is 27"

I'm currently using a cheap 60hz AOC 2460G5 and I'm quite happy with the response time (Could be because I haven't used any other monitor and gotten used to this one)

If you need them, here are my current PC specs:

Intel i7-9700KF
32GB RAM
Motherboard: Asus Z370-P Prime
GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6 Dual

So here are my questions:

• Do you think I'd be happy with the (response time of) AOC's 144hz 1440p monitor even though it's in the lower end of the pricing? (As you know I'm currently using kind of crappy a 60hz AOC display)
• Does AMD Freesync Premium matter if my CPU is an Intel?
• Do you have any suggestions for a 144hz 1440p monitor that are good for fps-games and is around the price point of the AOC Q27G2U? (Feel free to suggestion more expensive monitors because that might give me a better idea about if I have to up my budget)

I’d recommend you watch this. Ultimately the normal way of measuring response times is very limited and not the best way to compare.
