My specs are as followed:
Case: Corsair Air 540
CPU: i5 3570k OC'd to 4.2GHz with an offset voltage of -0.055 LLC on auto resulting in a voltage with 100% load of 1.2V
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 G1 Gaming (Stock clocks and fan, Couldn't get a stable OC. Help with that would be appreciated as well. Using MSi Afterburner.)
RAM: 2x 4GB (8GB) Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 @ 1866MHz (Dual Channel)
Motherboard: Asus z77 Sabertooth
Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX
Storage: 1x Seagate Barracuda 1TB (With OS) 1x WD Blue 1TB (For addition storage)
I ran AID64 Extreme On the system performance test and my cpu (monitored with realtemp) was around 60c at full load.
I also ran FireStrike with a score of 11226, highest GPU temp was 64c, highest CPU temp was in the mid/upper 50's during the physics test, and in the upper 30's/low 40's during all other tests.
My question is: Do these temps and scores, etc. Seem okay?
And my only other question was, these SP120L stock fans on the cooler are LOUD. I don't mind noise but It sounds like a grinding noise. Is it worth it to pick up a twin pack of SP120's Quiet edition PWM? And will I see any performance increase or just noise level.
SORRY for all of the questions. And THANK YOU in advance for any help. 😀
