What is the best long-term storage voltage for Nokia BP-5L and Xiaomi BM20 smartphone batteries? I have some original BM20s, others are Chinese and the BP-5L I own are Chinese green label

I will recharge them and store them for long periods

See the link I shared. If you mean long term as in years you will need to top them up periodically to stop the voltage dropping too low and causing damage.

It WILL need a periodic recharge.

There is no specific voltage you use to charge to and store "for years".

They WILL need to be recharged every once in a while. Like every few months.
Not sure what was unclear about that earlier.
